Yes. We offer a 12-month warranty and lifetime technical support. If a defect is confirmed, we will handle the issue urgently within 24 hours and arrange for a replacement to be sent as soon as possible.

We provide efficiency data per fixture: Luminous efficacy: 130–150 lm/W (customizable to 180 lm/W). Power factor: ≥0.9. Driver efficiency: ≥88%. Standby power: ≤0.5W (for DMX fixtures). We also recommend occupancy sensors and time scheduling for facade/festival projects.
Yes. We can match: Color temperature (any CCT from 2200K–6500K, ±100K tolerance). Beam angle (custom optics from 10°–120°). Housing color (black, white, silver, custom RAL). Mounting footprint (send us a dimension drawing). Send us one sample fixture or detailed specification sheet for exact matching.

Our standard products are pre-engineered LED solutions with fixed specifications, ready to ship with shorter lead times. Custom solutions allow you to tailor every aspect — including length, color temperature, voltage, IP rating, and form factor — to match your exact project requirements.
All our standard products carry CE and RoHS certifications, ensuring compliance with European safety and environmental standards. Additional certifications such as UL, FCC, and SAA are available upon request for specific markets.
Standard products typically have a low MOQ, often starting from 1 roll (5 meters) for LED strips or 10 pieces for pixel lights. Exact MOQ varies by product type — please check individual product listings or contact us for details.
Yes, we welcome sample requests. Samples are available for most standard products with a small sample fee that can be credited toward your first bulk order. Contact our sales team to arrange samples for evaluation.
Standard products in stock usually ship within 3-5 business days. For items not in stock, production lead time is typically 7-15 business days depending on order quantity. Custom products require 2-4 weeks for production.
Stage & Theater
≥ 25,000 Hz (25kHz) PWM is required for flicker-free stage and broadcast lighting. Standard commercial LEDs often use 1,000 - 5,000 Hz, which causes visible banding on camera and slow-motion playback. Our stage fixtures operate at 25kHz - 50kHz PWM, ensuring no flicker even at 240 fps high-speed recording. For TV studios and live streaming, we recommend 30kHz minimum.
Use tunable white from 2700K to 6500K for maximum flexibility. Fixed-temperature guidelines:
• 2700K - 3200K: Warm scenes, intimate theater, traditional stage wash
• 3200K - 4500K: General stage lighting, most dramatic productions
• 5600K - 6500K: Daylight matching, TV studios, film sets, outdoor scene simulation
We provide tunable-white fixtures that switch seamlessly between any CCT within range, with CRI ≥90 (R9 ≥50). For multi-scene productions, specify dual-color or RGBW fixtures.

Outdoor Facade
IP65 is minimum for wall-mounted facade fixtures; IP67 required for ground installation or direct water contact. For pillar washing & fountain-adjacent installation, specify IP67 with sealed cable entry. All our outdoor fixtures undergo 100% immersion testing before shipment.
Asymmetric beam of 10° × 60° or 15° × 45° is industry standard for facade washing. These rectangular beams spread light horizontally while limiting upward light pollution. For tall buildings (≥10 stories), use 5° × 30° narrow asymmetric. For short walls (≤2 stories), 30° × 60° symmetric works.
DMX512 (IP65-rated connector) with RDM optional for remote addressing. Fixtures can be individually addressed per pixel or per zone. We provide pre-addressing service based on your architectural drawings. For simple on/off or dusk-to-dawn, use 0-10V dimming or photocell sensor.
IP65/IP67 rated housing + M12 waterproof connector + silicone gasket sealing. Additional measures:
- Driver: Encapsulated or potted (IP67)
- Cable entry: Pre-wired with 500mm pigtail or IP68 junction box
- Test: 100% immersion test for IP67 orders, random sample water spray for IP65
L70 ≥50,000 hours at 25°C ambient, ≥35,000 hours at 40°C ambient. Based on LM-80 report. Higher ambient temperature reduces lifespan. For Middle East or tropical outdoor use, specify high-temperature grade (105°C capacitor, active cooling optional).

LED Signage
Use 3014 or 2835 SMD LEDs with spacing ≤80mm for letters ≥150mm depth. For shallower letters (≤100mm), spacing ≤50mm. Recommended layout:
- Letter height 150~300mm: LEDs on 80mm centers, 15mm from face
- Letter height 300~600mm: Two rows of LEDs, 100mm spacing
- Reflective back coating: Increases uniformity by 30~40%
6500K (cool white) for maximum brightness and contrast; 3000K for warm/boutique branding.

Maintain consistent LED-to-diffuser distance of ≥20mm and spacing ≤80mm. Additional methods:
- Use milky white diffuser (3~5mm thickness) or frosted acrylic
- Add light guide plate for extremely shallow signs (<50mm depth)
- Simulation service: We provide LightTools or TracePro simulation before production
UL 2108 (low voltage lighting systems) or UL 48 (electric signs). Standard requirements:
- LED modules: UL 2108 recognized (file number available)
- Driver: UL 60950-1 or UL 8750 certified
- Wiring: UL 2464 or UL 2468
We provide UL file number on each fixture and UL sticker for field inspection.
IP65 rating minimum for outdoor channel letters; IP20 for indoor. Specific measures:
- Conformal coating on PCB (prevents moisture corrosion)
- Sealed end caps for aluminum channel
- Weatherproof connector: IP65 M12 or IP68 junction box
- Operating temperature: -30°C to +50°C standard; -40°C extended available

Festival Lighting
IP65 minimum for ground-installed or hanging festival lights; IP44 for temporary indoor/covered use. For rain-prone events or multi-day outdoor displays, specify IP67 for connectors and IP65 for LED modules. All our festival lighting includes sealed gel-filled connectors.
DMX512 or SPI (serial peripheral interface) for pixel-level control. Options:
- Simple chasing/static color: Pre-programmed controller (24-key remote)
- Complex animation (per-pixel mapping): DMX512 + software (Madrix, Jinx, Resolume)
- Wireless control: 2.4GHz RF remote (50m range) or WiFi app (mobile device)
We provide pre-programmed controller programming based on your display layout.
M12 IP68 screw-type connector or XT60 waterproof series. Avoid cheap plug-and-play connectors (prone to corrosion after 7~14 days outdoor). For large commercial displays (e.g., shopping mall), we recommend pre-wired trunk cables with T-connectors every 0.5m or 1m.
Low voltage (24V DC or 36V DC) + IP65 rated + overcurrent protection. Our standard:
- Operating voltage: 24V DC (safe for wet conditions)
- Driver: Output short-circuit, overvoltage, overcurrent protection
- Cable: UV-resistant PVC or rubber (minimum 2×1.0mm²)
- Grounding: All metal junction boxes grounded per local code
