A comprehensive look at how we delivered a complete LED signage solution from design to installation

1. Project Background
Darren, a client from Canada, approached us with a comprehensive signage requirement. The project included **single color Front-lit LED signage modules**, **26mm/50mm pixel point lights** for storefront branding, LED power supplies, controllers, and complete signage installation kits. This was a complex multi-component project requiring precise coordination and technical expertise.
2. Challenge / Requirement
Darren provided detailed dimension drawings for the **channel letters** and signage components. Our challenges included:
- •Creating precise 3D design renderings based on technical drawings
- •Selecting appropriate painting materials and color codes for different components
- •Developing special drilling solutions for unique mounting requirements
- •Ensuring the final **front-lit signs** and backlit elements perfectly matched Darren's vision

3. Our Solution
Free 3D Design & Revisions
We provided complimentary 3D renderings and worked through multiple revision cycles until Darren was completely satisfied with the design of the **custom LED signage** system.
Transparent Payment Terms
50% deposit to initiate production, with clear milestones and deliverables at each stage.
Real-time Production Updates
Every production phase was documented and shared with Darren in real-time, ensuring complete transparency and peace of mind throughout the manufacturing of the **LED signage modules** and all components.
Final Testing & Video Documentation
After installation testing, we captured comprehensive video footage of the complete **backlit illuminated signs** and **channel letters** in operation. Final payment was collected only after Darren confirmed complete satisfaction with the results.
4. Result / Benefit
The project was successfully completed, and both parties were very satisfied. Darren received a complete, high-quality **custom LED signage** solution that exceeded expectations, including **custom character head** and **custom letter signs YETI PUFF/NITRO SNACKS**, **single color front-lit LED modules**, **addressable LED point lights**, and other supporting components.
"We're looking forward to more collaborations in the future. The professionalism and attention to detail made all the difference."

Featured Case Study: Multi-Product Integration Challenge
How we solved complex wiring and compatibility issues for a custom LED project

The Challenge
A client needed a custom lighting solution combining three different LED products: DC24V UCS1903 RGB LED Strip Lights, Rotating Lights, and Pixel Module Chain. All three products needed to work together seamlessly following the client's specific wiring diagram.
Key Challenges:
- •Wiring incompatibility between M8 terminals and flat wires
- •Chip compatibility risk across multiple manufacturers
- •Terminal wire limitations (3-core only)
- •Inconsistent cable types causing installation confusion
Our Solutions
1. Adapting Terminal Wires
Switched to modular M8 terminals with flat wires (4.8-4.9mm width) and applied potting for waterproofing requirements.
2. Standardizing Chips
Insisted all three products use the same UCS1903 chip from a single manufacturer, eliminating communication risks.
3. Creative Terminal Workaround
Used Type A (3-core) for signal+power and Type B (2-core, data unsoldered) for power-only connections.
4. Cable Standardization
Replaced transparent flat wires with black flat wires matching the rotating lights for consistency.
