By accessing and using the elisacustom website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Description

elisacustom provides professional LED lighting solutions including custom fixture design, architectural lighting solutions, smart control systems, and project consultation. All services are subject to separate project agreements and quotations.

3. Project Quotations

Quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary based on:

Project scope and complexity
Material and fixture specifications
Timeline and scheduling

4. Payment Terms

Our standard payment terms are as follows:

50% deposit is required after project scheme confirmation and before formal production begins
Remaining 50% balance must be completed before shipment
Shipment will only be arranged after we receive the full balance payment
Before shipment, we will provide production photos, testing videos, and other documentation as per client requirements to verify product quality

5. Project Timeline

We specialize in LED fixture design and production only - we do not provide on-site installation services. Product delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to uncontrollable factors such as material supply availability, shipping delays, and other circumstances beyond our control. Any changes to the delivery schedule will be communicated promptly, and solutions will be discussed based on the specific situation.

6. Warranty

Our LED fixtures come with standard warranties:

5-year warranty on LED drivers and components
3-year warranty on control systems
2-year warranty on all LED lighting fixture products
Warranty excludes damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications

7. Intellectual Property

All custom designs, drawings, and specifications created by elisacustom remain our intellectual property. Clients receive usage rights for their specific projects but may not reproduce or resell our designs without written permission.

For designs provided by clients, elisacustom maintains strict confidentiality. We will not disclose such designs to any third party or allow third parties to use them without the client's prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

elisacustom's liability shall be limited to the total contract value of the project. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from the use of our products or services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In case of client-initiated termination, payments made are non-refundable for work already completed. For provider-initiated termination, unused payments will be refunded.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where elisacustom operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation or mediation.
